U.S. actions since Singapore summit are alarming, North Korean FM says

Foreign minister says sanctions and lack of peace treaty major points of contention

North Korean foreign minister Ri Yong Ho, speaking in Singapore on Saturday, categorized America's behavior since the U.S.-DPRK summit as alarming and criticized Washington for what his country sees as a lack of reciprocity for actions already taken.

The comments were made amid the ASEAN Forum underway in Singapore and were distributed to the press in a print out on Saturday. Ri said that for any progress to be made, that it was key for both countries to first build confidence.
