U.S. President Donald Trump’s change of tone on North Korea reflects the actions of North Korean leader Kim Jong Un, the White House said on Monday during a press briefing.

When asked about the president’s contrasting stance, White House Assistant Press secretary Raj Shah said it was due to Kim’s actions in “good faith”.
