UK sends vessels to Asia to help with N. Korean sanctions enforcement

Three Royal Navy ships will be in the region by the end of 2018: MOD

The UK's Royal Navy has deployed a frigate to the Asia-Pacific to help monitor illicit North Korean trade activities in the region, according to a Ministry of Defense press release issued on Wednesday.

During its deployment, the HMS Albion will safeguard free trade and partake in joint military exercises with allies in the region and support UN sanctions against the DPRK.
