Pyongyang is ready for both dialogue and war with the outside world, the Korean Central News Agency (KCNA) argued on Monday, in a commentary attacking top U.S. officials for allegedly undermining recent inter-Korean progress.

In an article titled “U.S. Is Left with Little Option,” the KCNA op-ed condemned recent comments by U.S. officials suggesting that there remained a military option to dealing with the country’s nuclear program.
