Tillerson calls on China, Russia to do more on N. Korea at UN

But in rare appearance at UNSC, North Korea blames security crisis on Washington

U.S. Secretary of State Rex Tillerson on Friday called upon China and Russia to increase pressure on North Korea during a meeting of the UN Security Council (UNSC) which saw unanimous condemnation of the DPRK's developing weapons programs.

During the meeting, which unusually was attended by North Korea, Tillerson criticised Beijing's crude oil supplies to the DPRK and Russia's use of North Korean labor.
