South Korean President warns against “misjudgment” in wake of third DPRK ICBM launch

Any consideration of preemptive strike on North Korea must be "prevented": Moon

The U.S. cannot consider a preemptive strike against North Korea as a response to the country's latest missile test and all sides must avoid "misjudgment," South Korean President Moon Jae-in said on Wednesday.

The President ordered a meeting of Seoul's National Security Council (NSC) at 0324 KST, seven minutes after Pyongyang was reported to have fired a ballistic missile.
