Echoing OFAC move in September, new measures designate individuals in China, Russia, UAE, and Libya

The Japanese cabinet on Wednesday approved new unilateral sanctions on nine North Korean entities and 26 individuals, Chief Cabinet Secretary Yoshihide Suga said in a statement to press.
