Operations managed by China office, says representative, and primarily delivers goods to diplomats

German logistics company DHL Express will continue to deliver in North Korea, a spokesperson for the company's South Korea branch told NK News on Tuesday, amid an increasingly strict international sanctions regime rendering business in the country challenging.

Guidance published on November 13 saw the company include North Korea as one of its destinations and offer rates for delivery and rules on items which can and cannot be sent to the DPRK.
