South Korea considering new unilateral sanctions on North Korea: vice FM

Comments follow trilateral talks between Seoul, Washington, and Tokyo

Seoul is considering imposing further unilateral sanctions on North Korea, South Korea's first vice foreign minister said on Wednesday.

Emphasizing that the Moon Jae-in administration believes that “faithful implementation” of UN Security Council resolutions against the DPRK is “crucial," Lim Sung-nam said that further measures "can be reviewed."
