UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres on Monday said that the resolution of the North Korean issue must be through diplomacy, amid comments from Trump administration officials reiterating the possibility of military action against Pyongyang.

Guterres held one-on-one talks with South Korean President Moon Jae-in in New York on Monday ahead of the 72nd session of the UN General Assembly this week.
