Seoul must end its “lunacy” if it wants inter-Korean talks: N. Korean media

Another state-run outlet warns South Korea not to "dance to the tune of psychopath-like Trump"

North Korea will only engage in talks with the South when Seoul ends its "confrontation lunacy", an article in North Korea's state-run outlet Uriminzokkiri said on Friday. 

North Korea has so far remained unresponsive to proposals by Seoul in July for talks on easing military tensions and reunions of separated families - talks that, Seoul hoped, would take place on July 21 and August 1 respectively.
