Russia and China have jeopardized the peace and security of the Korean peninsula and the region by supporting recent United Nations Security Council (UNSC) sanctions against the DPRK, North Korean state media said on Thursday.
The Rodong Sinmun, an organ of the ruling Workers’ Party of Korea (WPK), claimed in an editorial that Pyongyang does not see UNSC Resolution 2371 as anything more than a “waste paper discarded in a garbage can," and attacked Beijing and Moscow’s North Korea policy.
