South Korean President Moon Jae-in and Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe on Wednesday discussed the possibility of a new United Nations Security Council (UNSC) sanctions resolution against the DPRK to increase pressure on North Korea, Seoul’s Blue House has said.
