U.S. House of Representatives passes new bill on Russia, Iran, DPRK sanctions

North Korea legislation added to the bill in earlier in July, already passed the House in May

The U.S. House of Representatives on Tuesday overwhelmingly passed a bipartisan bill to enhance sanctions against Russia, Iran, and North Korea by a margin of 419 - 3, a move which would further restrict the DPRK's financial sector and revenues from overseas labor.

The North Korean section of the bill was already passed by the House in May, but was today bundled with additional legislation and measures against Russia and Syria.
