South Korea's Ministry of National Defense (MND) on Friday announced that inter-Korean military talks would not be taking place today and urged North Korea to respond to Seoul’s continued calls for dialogue.
“The North Korean side has not expressed its position so far, and it is virtually impossible that talks are held today,” MND spokesperson Moon Sang-gyun told the assembled media.
