South Korea “considering the possibility” North Korea tested ICBM: Moon

ROK President expresses "deep disappointment" after DPRK "provocation"

The South Korean government believes it is possible that a North Korean missile test earlier in the day was an Inter-continental Ballistic Missile (ICBM), President Moon Jae-in said in a statement on Tuesday afternoon.

An initial assessment by U.S. and South Korean authorities, Moon said, had estimated that "the provocation is a medium and long-range missile."
