North Koreans are increasingly using a “newly-developed combined study aid system program” to learn foreign languages, a state media report and a photo obtained by NK News show.

Chonmyong teaches users through animated films and novels, state mouthpiece Arirang-Meari reported on Thursday, and can be used on smartphones and tablet PCs.
