Researchers at the Kim Chaek University of Technology recently developed a new "vaccine program" to detect and prevent viruses on personal computers, according to an article in the state-run DPRK Today released in late May.
“The young scientists in the institution with few years of effort have developed and introduced a vaccine that can discover or remove most of the domestic computer viruses," the article said.
