Meeting with Blue House envoy Hong Seok-hyun comes ahead of U.S.-ROK summit next month

U.S. President Donald Trump has said his administration would be willing to pursue engagement and "peace" with North Korea if certain conditions were met, Hong Seok-hyun, a top South Korean government envoy, told media in Washington DC on Wednesday.
