North Korean leader Kim Jong Un made his first visit to the Rangnang Disabled Soldiers' Essential Plastic Goods Factory on Tuesday, according to the Korean Central News Agency (KCNA) on Wednesday.
While this is not the first occasion a North Korean leader conducted an official visit to the factory - Kim Jong Il led a guidance session there in 2011 - the visit occurs during the same week of the departure of the UN Special Rapporteur on the rights of persons with disabilities.
