South Korea’s government is set to establish an online information system equipped with demand and geographical analysis in a bid to improve the provision of aid to North Korea, Seoul’s Ministry of Unification (MOU) said mid-March in a detailed memorandum which had remained unpublicized until Tuesday.

The MOU told NK News that it needed around 700 million KRW (US$ 628,761) for the project, of which 400 million will be used for system development and 300 million will be used to purchase equipment.
