Ban comes as Pyongyang blocks Malaysian staff from leaving DPRK

North Korean citizens are barred from leaving Malaysia "with immediate effect," the country's deputy prime minister Ahmad Zahid Hamidi said on Tuesday, without commenting further about specifics.
