North Korea’s Ambassador to the UK was summoned to the Foreign and Commonwealth Office (FCO) on Tuesday, following a North Korean ballistic missile test on Sunday morning, an FCO press release announced.
The newly arrived Ambassador, Choe Il, had only recently presented his credentials to the Queen in a ceremony - five days prior to the summon.
