North Korean media took aim at China on Thursday, criticizing the country for downplaying the significance of its weapons programs and suspending coal imports for the remainder of the year.

In a bitterly worded article entitled “Neighboring Country’s Mean Behavior: Written by Jong Phil,” North Korea also accused its neighbor and long-time patron of working with Washington D.C.
