The UN published a new five-year strategic framework for its work within North Korea on Monday, highlighting four in-country priorities to focus on until 2021.
The 30-page document outlines goals for the six resident UN agencies working in North Korea and is jointly signed by North Korea’s UN resident coordinator Tapan Mishra and Kim Chang Min, the Secretary General of the National Coordinating Committee of the North’s foreign ministry.
