Images from pro-North outlet and Russian embassy show fuel oil requirement has fallen

North Korea plans to complete work on Ryomyong Street by April 15, the anniversary of the birth of Kim Il Sung, Minjok Tongshin, a pro-North Korean media outlet, reported on Wednesday.
