North Korea and Russia are continuing plans to build a pontoon bridge, as well as with other construction projects, “regardless of sanctions,” according to an article from the official website of the Primorsky Krai province’s administration published on Tuesday.

During a meeting between the vice-governor of the Russia’s far-eastern region and the director of the DPRK’s Third Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs held on Monday, the two sides both expressed positive comments about continued economic cooperation.
