Ri threatens U.S. "with tremendous consequences beyond imagination" in speech at United Nations

The North Korea Foreign Minister's speech to the UN General Assembly on Friday heavily criticized the United Nations Security Council and the U.S. and defended the country's nuclear and ballistic missile programs.

Ri Yong Ho initially commented on the current five-year plan for domestic economic development underway in the DPRK, but quickly reverted to criticisms of the U.S.-ROK annual joint military exercises and what the country views as a "hostile" policy against it.
