Representatives of the North Korean government will attend Russia’s upcoming International Military Technical Forum “Army-2016” from September 6 to 11, the Russian Embassy to the DPRK and North Korean media announced over the weekend.
The delegation is led by vice chief of the Ministry of the People's Armed Forces (MPAF) Colonel-General Yun Tong Hyon, and left North Korea on Saturday.
