North Korea promotes domestic response to flooding

North Korean media shows recovery efforts, apparently sends supplies around the Peninsula by sea

Food aid, daily necessities, and building materials are being sent from around North Korea to the Northeast regions of the country affected by severe flooding, according to state media on Sunday.

A Korean Central Television (KCTV) report says that goods and aid originating from Northern Hwanghae Province, Sariwon, Northern Pyongan Province and Nampo are being sent to damaged areas.
