For a little more than 15 years, Han Ki-hong has been something of an entrepreneur, rearranging commitment and resources and working to appeal to the wider South Korean citizenry on why human rights violations in North Korea deserves a second thought.

An observer might consider his an organization undergoing constant restructuring. But after years of struggling to convince news outlets to convey human rights advocacy in a consistent way, Mr. Han believes that spreading word about North Korea takes collaboration with other NGOs to get things done.
