The U.S. Department of State issued a public notice announcing designations against North Korean entities under the Iran, North Korea, and Syria Nonproliferation Act Sanctions (INKSNA) on Monday.

According to the notice, issued by State’s Bureau of International Security and Nonproliferation, three North Korean entities and one DPRK national were designated on June 22 and made subject to non-proliferation measures as of June 28.

“A determination has been made that a number of foreign persons have engaged in activities that warrant the imposition of measures pursuant to Section 3 of the Iran, North Korea, and Syria Nonproliferation Act,” the notice reads.
