North Korea has responded angrily on Thursday to South Korean media reports that the United Nations Command (UNC) revised armistice rules in 2014 to allow for ROK and U.S. forces to carry certain weapons along the Demilitarized Zone (DMZ).

South Korea’s Yonhap News Agency on July 10 had reported on the UNC revision to the rules made in 2014, which are detailed openly online.
