North Korea has announced the fourth session of the 13th Supreme People’s Assembly (SPA) for late June as a follow-up to the Seventh Congress of the Workers' Party of Korea (WPK), state media said Thursday.

The fourth session will take place in Pyongyang on June 29, after the registration for representatives on the two days before. The SPA is in charge of legislation, and it primarily approves the decisions made by the WPK, generally by unanimous vote.
