Drones are regularly being used to deliver outside information into North Korea, defector and activist Jung Gwang-il claimed during a keynote speech in Oslo on Wednesday.

Jung, a former political prisoner and founder of the organization No Chain, made the announcement at an event promoting human rights advocacy, funded by the New York City-based Human Rights Foundation (HRF).

“There are many challenges and ways of getting information into North Korea but with great support and help from the Human Rights Foundation (HRF) we have sent thousands of SD cards and USBs into North Korea by using new technology since January 2015,”
