Chinese leader Xi Jinping on Thursday said there would be full implementation of the UN Security Council resolution strengthening sanctions against North Korea, and asserted a commitment to the stability of the Korean Peninsula.

Xi, at a regional security conference with foreign ministers from Asia, reconfirmed Beijing’s perspective of pursuing dialogue and negotiations at the same time.
