A second launch from a North Korean mid-range missile system has failed, Yonhap News Agency reported, quoting military sources today.

The South Korean government however were not fully certain the launch was a test of the mobile Musudan missile system.

“North Korea launched a missile, which seems like a Musudan, at 6:40 today, but we speculate it has failed,” a military source said in comments carried by Yonhap.

“It seems like the missile fell within few seconds (of launch).”
