N.Korean media cites Russian official on functional satellite

Head of Russia's National Space Monitoring Center says satellite could be used for surveillance

North Korea media once again claimed the country’s newly launched satellite was operational yesterday, this time citing Russia’s National Space Monitoring Center, whose director told media it was operating normally.

Speaking to Russian News Service Radio in on February 22, Andrei Kallyuta the head of the organization said the Kwangmyongsong-4 was originally tumbling in orbit, but had since stabilized.
