Russia's deputy FM and Chinese ambassador call for restraint, U.S. and Seoul push for sanctions

Russia’s deputy foreign minister said Moscow’s stance on North Korea was “identical” to Beijing’s during a meeting with China’s Russian ambassador on Monday, according to Itar-Tass.

Minister Igor Morgulov and Ambassador Lee Huei met in Moscow to discuss the DPRK’s most recent satellite launch, with both sides taking the opportunity to call for restraint from all parties.
