Russia wants apology over N.Korean rocket technology accusation

Russia on Wednesday demanded an apology from South Korea's National Intelligence Service (NIS) over the claim that Russia supplied rocket components to North Korea, urging that it provide evidence.

Mikhail Ulyanov, the head of the Russian Foreign Ministry’s Department of Arms Control and Non-Proliferation, said that NIS’s accusations, made Sunday at the council of intelligence in the National Assembly, are "irresponsible" and "unprofessional," as quoted by the Moscow Times.
