Ban calls North's fourth test "deeply troubling," demands cessation of nuclear activity

UN Secretary-General condemns N. Korean nuclear test

United Nations Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon condemned North Korea's fourth nuclear tests in an official statement early Wednesday.

"The underground nuclear test announced by the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea (DPRK) on 6 January is deeply troubling," Ban said.
