North Korea’s state-run outlet Uriminzokkiri re-released the video short The Hedgehog’s Thorn Spear on Sunday, a video it seemingly releases at times when it seeks to justify its nuclear program.

The animated clip takes place in a forest where the many kinds of animals have gathered together to witness a strength contest between a bear and wild boar. A huge tiger, towering over even the bear, suddenly appears and disrupts the competition, taking the gold medal the contest winner was supposed to receive.

While all the other animals cower before the tiger’s unjust behavior, the hedgehog refuses, challenging the tiger
