Footage of Pyongyang blackout captured

N. Korea’s power shortage will not be resolved anytime soon, says expert

Recent video footage of a Pyongyang blackout demonstrates that not even the richest part of nation's capital is immune to electricity problems.

The video, filmed by photographer Jaka Parker in December 6, was released on YouTube on Wednesday. In the early parts of the footage, Parker is ordering pizza in an Italian pizza restaurant located on Future Scientists Street, the newly built apartment complex in the heart of Pyongyang.
