Ceremony celebrates Schoolchildren’s Palace remodelling

The Palace is education center to raise talented youth in art, sports and science for rosy future

North Korea had a remodeling completion ceremony of Mangyongdae Schoolchildren’s Palace on Tuesday, their state media the Korea Central News Agency (KCNA) reported.

Several high-ranking officials attended the ceremony, including Kim Ki Nam, Choe Thae Bok, Ro Tu Chol and Ri Il Hwan, who is department director of the Central Committee of the Workers’ Party of Korea (WKP) as well as Kim Su Gil, chief secretary of the Pyongyang City Committee of the WKP.
