South Korea’s Red Cross has offered working-level talks with its North Korean counterpart on September 7 to discuss reunions of families separated since the Korean War, the South’s Ministry of Unification said Friday.

The talks would take place at the House of Peace in Panmunjom.

MoU data showed that the still-living registered members of separated families in South Korea amounted to 66,289 as of June 30.
