N. Korean premier visits flood affected area

UN organisation claims 21 dead, thousands affected by flood earlier in August

North Korean Premier Pak Pong Ju yesterday toured sites affected by a severe flood which caused serious damage in South Hwanghae and South and North Hamgyong Provinces, according to an article published by the Korean Central News Agency (KCNA).

A report from the UN’s Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OHCA) provided data on the flood, which occurred in early August.
