North Korea’s Korean Central News Agency (KCNA) reported Sunday on the MERS outbreak in South Korea, indicating concern over the disease, but has yet to take strict quarantine measures.

The KCNA report stated that 13 ROK patients had been infected with Middle East Respiratory Syndrome. In actuality, as of Monday the number of South Korean patients had been confirmed at 15.

“All of the (South Korean) patients were infected after visiting the hospital that patient zero visited,” said the KCNA report. “The hospital is busy re-checking for the symptoms of infection among all the doctors, nurses, patients and their families.
