N. Korea says it notified South about Kaesong wage hike

KCNA statement also claims KIC under North Korean law, shouldn't be "theater for confrontation".

North Korea issued a statement today on the Kaesong Industrial Complex (KIC), saying it decided on the currently disputed minimum wage hikes in November, and notified the South Korean authorities of the changes.

The two countries are currently deadlocked over the issue of pay raises in the KIC, since the DPRK announced it wanted to increase Kaesong worker wages in February.
