Most expensive property in Pyongyang could be $200,000 according to work from South Korean academic

Pyongyang’s property market is facing tight supply caused by increasing demand, according to recently published work from professor Jung Eun-lee, at Gyungsang university who spent time working in Dandong on the Chinese - North Korean border.

Citing an increasing population and wealth among Pyongyang’s elite, Jung claims that the most expensive property in Pyongyang is now valued at $200,000.
