Businessmen offer expediency to Pyongyang, Seoul undecided to how to react

Pyongyang has accepted an offer from a group of Kaesong businessmen to break the deadlock on wages at the inter-Korean industrial complex, the chairman of the group said Monday.

However, it is as of yet unclear whether South Korea will accept the solution the business group appears to have worked out.
